Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to the website www.personalrancher.com operated by Yellowstone Freedom LLC dba Personal Rancher USA (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

Platform Role

Personal Rancher operates as a community platform and connector that helps users discover and connect with independent farmers, ranchers, landowners, outfitters, guides, venues, and other land-based providers (“Providers”).

Personal Rancher does not sell, fulfill, ship, store, or process payments for products, services, experiences, lodging, events, or reservations offered by Providers.

All purchases, bookings, and transactions occur directly between the user and the applicable Provider or third-party platform used by that Provider.

 


 

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Because Personal Rancher does not process or manage transactions between users and Providers:

• Personal Rancher does not issue refunds
• Personal Rancher does not process returns
• Personal Rancher does not handle cancellations
• Personal Rancher does not mediate disputes

Any questions related to refunds, cancellations, exchanges, shipping issues, or reservation changes must be directed to the Provider or platform where the transaction occurred.

Each Provider operates independently and maintains their own policies regarding:

  • Refund eligibility

  • Cancellation timelines

  • Reservation deposits

  • Returns or exchanges

  • Shipping policies

  • Weather-related cancellations

  • Event or experience policies

Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the policies of the Provider or booking platform prior to completing a transaction.

 


 

Third-Party Platforms

Many Providers may use independent platforms to process transactions, including but not limited to:

  • their own website

  • Shopify stores

  • booking software

  • reservation platforms

  • third-party marketplaces

  • payment processors

Refunds and disputes must be handled according to the policies and procedures of those platforms.

Personal Rancher does not have the authority to reverse or modify transactions processed by third-party systems.

 


 

Provider Responsibility

Providers listed or referenced on Personal Rancher are independent businesses responsible for their own:

  • product fulfillment

  • food handling and safety

  • shipping and delivery

  • reservations and lodging

  • agritourism experiences

  • licensing and regulatory compliance

  • insurance and liability coverage

  • customer service and dispute resolution

Personal Rancher does not guarantee the performance, availability, safety, or quality of any goods or services offered by Providers.

 


 

Platform Support

Personal Rancher provides customer support only for issues related to the functionality of the Personal Rancher website itself.

Examples include:

  • broken links

  • incorrect listings

  • technical website errors

  • platform misuse or abuse

Questions about products, services, reservations, deliveries, or refunds must be directed to the applicable Provider.

 


 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a user believes a transaction was processed incorrectly, they should first contact the Provider directly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, users may pursue dispute resolution through:

  • the payment processor used for the transaction

  • the booking or commerce platform used by the Provider

  • their financial institution

Because Personal Rancher does not process payments for Provider transactions, we cannot reverse, cancel, or modify those payments.

 


 

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
